Refunds
Refunds are only available if multiple payments were made for the same service. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Depending on the payment method, it may take 5 (five) working days from service request raised date for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation
Bill Payments will not allow cancellations as the Customer is paying dues.
